It’s a tough line to straddle. On the one hand, so many powerful relationships in my life have been formed through sending a cold email or connecting on social. But there’s no doubt (because research shows) that technology can have a negative impact, especially for young people who may not get as many chances to have spontaneous face-to-face interaction.
