Thanks for sharing your thoughts Horst Rainer Imberger and bringing up counterpoints. These tactics could certainly be delivered arrogantly, in a patronizing manner. For purposes of this article, I did make the assumption that both parties would be reasonably rational and cooperative. In those situations where you’re arguing with an individual who is prejudiced, what have you found works best? In your experience, what works?
