Responsibility

As a Sensitive Striver, you’re trustworthy. You’re dependable and can be counted on to follow through.

But at the same time, you probably can’t bear to let people down — even if it means sacrificing your own well-being.

Unbalanced Responsibility causes you to:

❌ Swoop in to fix situations and keep people happy

❌ Feel guilty for never doing enough

❌ Struggle to say no or ask for help
